In order to maintain the momentum of industrial growth and leadership,
ISABELLE (Taiwan) R8.D Centre recruited a team of specialists and technical experts from Taiwan, France and Japan. In addition, it established a long-term cooperation with domestic postgraduate schools and research institutes in
order to conduct research on baking theory and practice. Food nutrition is
also included.
ISABELLE (Taiwan) Co., Ltd. formulated rigid quality control procedures in which policies were referred to domestic and overseas accreditation systems in ISO, HACCP, GMP and HALAL. Moreover, professionals periodically monitor and inspect raw ingredients and products in order not only to assure food hygienic safety but also file analysed data away for subsequent improvement in application. ISABELLE (Taiwan) Co., Ltd, provides them with various training courses at the same time in an attempt to form its own enterprise culture to pursue high quality.
